We didn't go to another country in during this summer break, but instead we were tourists in our own country. Yesterday we went to the Amsterdam water duct dunes. It doesn't sound very special, but i really liked walking there. Mostly because of the many different landscapes. We walked near the water, through the forest and in an open field. We also passed a bunker and there were even different kinds of forests. We even walked next to a conifer forest apart from the normal oak trees for example. Another awesome thing were the deer! I think i saw at least 30 maybe even 40 of them. There were also some with babies and we even saw a male deer with antlers! I might be a little bit too enthusiastic, but i just like to recommend stuff to you. Below is the pdf file of the route we tried to walk, but my dad is not that good at reading a map... The file is in Dutch, but if you want it translated i'll do it with pleasure and otherwise there's something called google translate. This route is 8 kilometres by the way so if you want a shorter or longer route click here to go to their website.
